This guy is nothing but full of excuses, he should be a politician. Let’s be for real, the Hawks have 3 franchise players (Trae, Jalen, Zacc) and we continue to underachieve. This coach NEEDS to GO! 💯
It’s quite simple, they are abysmal defensively outside of Dyson Daniels. The offensive rating takes a garbage dive when Trae Young is on the bench, and besides him there is no real shot creation threat outside of Bogdanovic (injured) and Jalen Johnson who only shoots in spot up situations. Not to mention there’s a clear question mark of consistency at the Center position between Capela and Okongwu.
Turnovers and empty possessions down the stretch did us in for sure. It’s still early we have to shake back
