Forgot what winning was like
Honestly, if you look back at how the Saints have performed this year, the special teams unit has been solid. A block punt, other teams missing extra points, a td return, excellent field position (in some games). The only big thing I can think to point out is Rasheed muffing a punt, and yeah that can be a sign of bad coaching, but most likely in that scenario it was just foul ego.
I mean we did good but honestly if came down to missed field goals

I’m happy with the win. Very damn happy. In front of St. Roch Tavern, I said if he wins out, the job is his. Of course he won’t and I was laughed at. I saw more motivated play today, and a bit better play calls. Some of my friends said they are playing for just their jobs. I disagree with that. He *might* could get us to over .500? We’ll see.
I’m torn cuz with the win we drop back to 8th in the draft and all the teams that need a qb are in front of us. Hopefully we still end up with a top 5 pick so we can get draft capital

The going for it on 4th and 2 was a rookie mistake
What happened at the end of the game. It almost looked like he had a heart attack and ended up using 89 to hold him up afterwards. Please tell me someone else saw this!!!
I don’t know if he’ll earn the job but he’s damn sure trying. We ain’t tanking, people.
