1. I get the jones talk, but he can’t be the scapegoat for every bad thing. Name a draft pick Daboll or Joe has developed or have improved? Waiting? Neal, Banks, Hyatt, Thibodeaux, Bellinger, Gray and Jordon Riley.

2. If you watched the game and paid attention, Burns got burned on several of the big runs. He along with Thibo are undersized edge rushers who are frequently manhandled by larger and more powerful offensive linemen, and as a result, often try to cheat by taking an inside route to the QB and get trapped inside, exposing the outside to big gains by running backs and QB's escaping a collapsing pocket. I predicted this would happen, and it has come to pass, the Giants defense with Burns and Thibo up front have been entirely ineffective against the run. I also believe Nabers suffered another Concussion this game. Jones performance was poor, but in reality playing him might be the best way to gain a better draft pick, because I am certain DeVito will bring more energy and better down-field passing and perhaps a few more meaningless wins, harming our ability to get the Quarterback of the future in the draft.

9. One of my major problems with Schoen is that they have missed terribly on many draft picks. They have controlled the past three drafts and yet the Giants are still completely out-classed athletically at many positions. Tell me who other than Dexter Lawerence is an elite NFL talent on this roster. Banks stinks, Thibo is so-so, certainly not an elite talent, nothing near a pro-bowl or HOF talent, that you want from his draft position. It now looks as though the entire 2022 draft was a complete or near complete BUST. Their corners are not very good, the linebacker crew is not very good, nobody can cover man-to-man, they get burned consistently by all mediocre or better receivers. They play too far off the ball and get beat on short 3rd down passes frequently and forget about the horrible tackling.

12. When a team fails to improve, fails to demonstrate a clear progression in the quality of their play year-after-year, players will invariable check-out mentally, tune the coach-out, and the locker-room often fragments.

13. Yes, bench Jones. Daboll and Schoen will draft a new quarterback next year. They were brought here to rebuild the team and deserve the time to do so. The carousel has to stop at some point. If they’re fired, enjoy Dennis Hickey at GM and Robert Saleh as HC. Nobody worth a damn will want the job.

33. I re watched the game 5 times and slowed the games he only had one throw to nabers.Maybe actually breaking down play by play. And they have to start pushing the ball down feild. 39. The reason why there was no competition for the quarterback job. Sweetie is because they made the mistake in paying him way too much money because he had them with their hands tied behind their back technically.
    when he hired that new agent and they were at that point in the season where they were. Unsure about their backups if you recall, but anyway. It's been a nightmare and you can only teach and develop a quarterback so much with teaching.Sometimes a quarterback has to have certain god given skills naturally and he just doesn't have what it takes unfortunately…… Like you said, I don't recall.Daniel Jones ever throwing the ball away.He just takes sacks because I think the coach just told him it's better to take a sack than to get an interception so he's gun shy
