Mecole Hardman’s reaction to today’s finish: “I was talking to D-Hop and he’s like, ‘Man this game’s over.’ I’m like, ‘Nah it ain’t. I’ve seen some crazier things.'”

Hardman has seen some real shit being with the Chiefs for this entire run.
Hardman was an integral part of the the 24-0 comeback against the texans.
Had a fantastic return on that short FG. Didn’t score but it was fun to watch!
I’ve seen some crazy shit too, Hardman – like that time you completely blacked out upon catching the Superbowl-winning touchdown. I still can’t believe we kept someone with a severe case of narcolepsy on our squad. Crazy.
He’s talking about :13
DHop, welcome to KC. Get used to it bro.
Man….It’s awesome that this team just expects to win. 2 minutes left down 10…no problem. 1 minute left down 7, no problem. 13 seconds…no problem. 1 second need a block to win…NO PROBLEM. No matter who it is that needs to step up they’re there. Pretty awesome to see D. Hop who statistically is a HOF caliber player concedes to a game being over while Mecole who statistically is average, knows that they’re going to win.
3X Super Bowl champ right there
I love Mecole. He’s always so happy/having fun
Mecole is the secret weapon
A wise man once said “when it’s grim be the grim reaper”
You hang around long enough, you see some shit. Yesterday was wild.

I gotta say, I was constantly frustrated with Mecole before we let him go to the Jets and talked about his lack of effort to get to balls slightly off target or to stay in bounds and get the extra yards instead of fleeing to safety too soon. But since he’s been back from the Jets, he’s been different… fired up. Sure, he had some fumbles when he got back last year, but this year, he has been very reliable, and often electric. I’m glad he’s back.
