Noooo
Damn… anyone know how much longer until IHart will be back? We need him so bad
I’m so devastated
Figured it was a fracture. Thankfully iHart will be back soon.
8-10 seems very conservative for a fracture. Fractures are usually around 6 weeks to heal
Ah fuck I was praying for a hip contusion.
A damn pelvic fracture, just our luck.
Hope he recovers, and maybe takes some bone density supplements.
anyone have a chet sized hip bone they can spare?
Goddamit. I was huffing that copium after that doctor’s analysis video someone posted on here, but this is brutal and depressing as a Chet fan.
Unfortunately, with all the other centers out, we were putting all our chips on Chet to stay healthy, so this was always going to be a risk. I feel so bad for him. He made so many improvements, and now he is going to have to fight back to get on the court and then have to try to get back into that same groove right in time for the home stretch of the season.
In the blink of an eye, our big rotation becomes even more anemic than 2022-23.

fuck man that does not sound good..
Fuck me. I was hoping it was just a pointer or something relatively minor. No centers for a bit is going to be rough.
Live Laugh Toaster Bath.
And just like that we become a potential playoff team instead of the #1 Seed and Conference favorite. Fuck this season. Hopefully he recovers well and hopefully he comes back guns blazing and this isn’t one of those “never the same” injuries.
Damn. Welp, I was very wrong.
Fuck. Can’t we sign a free agent that’s a centre?
Surely we can rig him up in something like this? I feel for the big guy. That’s got to hurt ouch

Obviously this is terrible, but this is exactly why we got hartenstein. We will have a starting level big man waiting for us who fits amazingly with the starters. No need to make a huge roster shakeup for another big imo. They just need to stay above .500 until I hart is back and then I think they go back to being dominant.
Trading for a Larry Nance type who can play small ball 5 mins might be a nice move tho, especially if it’s cheap.
I feel so bad for chet man he was prolly so excited to have iHart playing next to him. He was supposed to have an easier time on defense this season but was thrown in a situation where he’s the only center on the team, and now this happens.
We just gotta play the rest of the month like we played all last season. No JWill or Kenny will be tough but if the timeline holds (iffy I know) it won’t hit too rough.
We had the one seed with no board boys last year
Damn this is not good, we are going to need JDub and Shai to both be at the top of their game til iHart returns.
Side note, Chet and Wemby may need to both focus on lower body/leg strength workouts for the remainder of their careers. Both fall and fall hard way to much for anyones liking, thought what can they do when theyre so tall and skinny lol
bro who is actually going to play center now? having your 1st 2nd and 3rd string centers all injured less than 10 games into the season is actually crazy …

Man bro, this was supposed to be my escape from OU (and ig if you’re an OSU fan too lol) football. Can’t have shit in this state.
From what I’ve read he could miss the entire season
Could be worse, he could be out for the season. At least he should be good to go come playoffs.
