I was a huge Marcus Smart fan when he was here … that being said, Jrue is the player that the Celtics needed Marcus to be… absolute dog on defense and don’t try be a hero on offense
We OWN the Bucks. The only time they’ve ever beaten us was when Kyrie was playing double agent

My friend has been a c’s fan since the 80’s, but his all time fav Celtic was Smart. He was dismayed when Brad made the trade. He told me “I’m done with the Celtics. I’m a Memphos fan now, (he even bought us grizzlies hats haha) but I’ll also be a fan of whatever team gets Jrue Holiday.” Couple days pass, we get Jrue. “Shit, I’m a Celtics fan again.”
Hear me out from the Bucks perspective if these “fans” are saying this: you do it to keep Giannis happy and more likely to extended….
