Wouldn’t lose sleep over it. Having to fly across the country to play a game at altitude the same day…with your 3rd string goalie…against Mackinnon and Makar…Ain’t nobody winning that.
The fact that we had chances to tie it late speaks volumes about how good we can actually be. Canes by 4 when the Avs come to Raleigh next month.
We haven’t won in Denver since 2019. I’ve been living here since 2020 and I’ve yet to see the canes win here. I thought this was the year 😑
I’m not that upset about a loss after 8 wins in a row. Kinda surprised by the 2nd period performance though.
