Appreciation Post: George Kittle, The best TE in football and it ain’t close

Dude has seen the bye, missed a game with injury and is 2nd in the league for Receiving TDs and is making big plays every week. He’s as good of a blocker as he is receiving and is so unselfish. Him and Brocks connection is so good to watch, and is becoming iconic asf.

  1. That touchdown was a work of art. The throw from Brock was perfect, and the toe tap from Kittle was straight out of a ballet. 👌

  2. Honestly was worried about age catching up to George, but he’s playing at an All Pro level

  3. Love me some Kittle, but “it ain’t close”??? C’mon. There’s a guy in the NFL that broke George’s single season TE receiving record.

  4. It’s crazy how much separation there is this year between TEs for him. Bower is only beating him in yards and that’s only because he’s their only good play. Kittles number one in TDs. Most 20+ yard catches. Avg 13 yards per catch.

All that, and he’s 20 less targets than the most targeted TE in Kelce.

Also, he’s clearly one of, if not the best, blocking TEs in the league. Dude just balls out every game, and this year feels like he’s the one getting the play that keeps them in their games.

  5. Dude is a treasure….the heart and souls of the team. In addition to his all world skills, he is such a team guy….the guy loves his teammates and is always lifting people up.

  6. He’s showing how he is the total package. You rarely ever see a TE making toe tapping TD catches, being a dominant blocker and also being a threat with the ball in his hands for YAC. Another 1st team All Pro season.

  7. The man created a University named after the position & broke the receiving yards record with Nick Mullens as QB, UNDISPUTED.

  8. Erin Andrews interviewed him after the game and kept asking about all of his great plays but all he wanted to talk about was how great his teammates did. He’s a class act and really looks like he has fun out there.
