2024-2025 City Edition Uniform:

  1. These suck pretty hard.

Just a reskin of last year’s lake city jerseys and those were already mind numbingly boring.

At least we get white on white with these I guess

  2. Lake ones were better. If you’re going to iterate on a design you should at least improve it.

  3. I didn’t fully like last year’s city edition at first but they ended up growing on me. These though I just don’t dig them at all and I doubt that will change.

  4. Like the concept actually but agree with many that it feels like a lite version of last years. Needed it to be a little different in color at the very least…maybe black? Idk but yeah very whelmed. The court is cool tho

  5. I can’t be bothered to be as upset and offended about jerseys. There are jerseys and good jerseys. These are jerseys.

  6. On the announcement it says this is completing a two-year arc. I imagine these were designed at the same time as the lake ones. They’re a bit plain but I honestly don’t think they’re that bad.

  7. Bunch of goofies, I thought city edition wasn’t supposed to be repeated….

If the same style gets to repeat, give us the blue with trees or classic edition for our lineup dang it!!

  8. I have no idea how year after year, across all teams, the NBA continues to push out these embarrassing alt uniforms

  9. Not gonna lie, they look better than I expected, based off the leaked images. Still wish they went in a different direction, but they could be worse. But the font is horrible. I don’t know what they were thinking with that.

  10. I do not understand for the life of me how Nike keeps getting contracts. Their work for the past several years has, by and large, just sucked. Stuff legit looks like what I’d have expected to see from freshman college graphic design in the early 2ks, so it’s what I expect to see from high school kids, today. You could honestly get a group of teenagers together, give em an unpaid week, and come up with better. Younger kids than that could come up with better mockups. So the only explanation is either Nike keeps hiring garbage talent, or, more likely and more damning, they’re just so fucking lazy. Lazy. Lazy lazy lazy. Feels like they’re given ten projects, told to get them done by blank time, and they blow through em so they can meet up with friends for drinks. Its just last year’s water design but now it’s frozen. Its so LAZY. You could legit be an employee at Nike, lurk reddit, straight up STEAL the ideas of other without fear of some creative rights infringement if done with any grace at all, and be considered the greatest jersey designer of our time. Immortalized. It’s. Not. HARD. Check out some of Nike’s designs for the recent World Cup. Some people are making a LOT of money for doing absolutely jack shit.

  11. We need this but black and northern light. They are a little boring/similar but I don’t mind them overall.

  12. It looks like the marketing team was asked to create jerseys that were modern and sleek, fitting a MN vibe.

Marketing team opens Windows generic desktop background, copy/paste, then chillax’s for 3 weeks playing Balatro.

  13. Not terrible. Pretty cool is actually my first thought.

I guess after the Utah highlighter Jersey my expectations is rock bottom for anything lol

  14. Nike needs to stop designing jerseys based on Minnesota wilderness. We already have a pro hockey team doing specifically that. Just stick with the wolves. Give it a crazy font or color. Anything better than a 10,000 lakes design

  15. Looks like the part of a commercial for a dishwasher detergent when they realize their old brand doesn’t clean their plates properly but this is the x ray shot inside the dishwasher that shows this new brand cleans 5 times as much as their shitty old brand.
