1. I thing this franchise needs some continuity at HC. Stop churning.

2. Bowels & the Deff coaches need to go. Not much progression is agreed, knew the Whitehead signing wasn’t as big as most thought(yes I did say lol) Also agree with Off looks really good & not to mention the injuries & still looks good

5. Jason Licht is the problem! He can’t draft a CB that can stay healthy and won’t trade for any! We lose our top 2 corners to injury and we bring up people from the practice squad! Gets torched last week and no trade, and gets torched this week and loses the game for us.

7. Bowles was promoted due to his relationship with Arians. It's sad to say , but the added responsibilities as head coach is more than he can handle. We need a change for 2025

    player misses 2 games,he comes back Kancey, Winfield
    goes down,at some point…Dean is missing 4 games guaranteed

12. Bowls is not the issue the issue is the cap first we paid people but didn't go and find a pass rusher and traded a corner and scraped the barrel to add another and a ton of injuries it's bad choices with gm as well

13. James in my opinion he should be fired. We should have not lost the three games realistically Todd Bowles is just too passive. He doesn’t have any grit. I just don’t see him as being good as a head coach. Iwas better as a defensive coordinator, but just not a head coach he’s too soft. Football is a very violent game and you need certain people to have grit and as willing to do what it takes to win games I just don’t see him being that person

25. Some years ago I was a tournament tennis player. I played in a large number of tournaments and was sectionally ranked, so I have experience with sports completion and confidence and the ability to win. Okay, winning gives confidence. When you are not winning you will not have good confidence and winning will be more difficult. I think all the Bucs need are a few good wins.
