Without a winning no BS , accountability with discipline culture this team goes nowhere. Now at 3 and 6 you will see the tanking of Dallas with less effort as the players knowing the playoffs are NOT in the future because no one wants to get hurt. Cowboys need to draft a QB period and a new coach with a scheme. Having said this Ive been a Cowboy fan since 1970 and seen it all at 66 years young. Give up the reins Jerry to Stephen,its time!

14. We’re just not as quick as our opponents week after week. Been a fan since 71 love the cowboys it’s ironic my first game last year vs Rams we looked unstoppable. I don’t understand how but I’ve seen it before under Garrett and Mike how we come out flat from the get go in some games. I respect Mike and his previous success don’t blame him totally. I was in management for my career I was only as good as my last month. Defense cannot tackle no turnovers Offense cannot run. Miss the speed of Pollard. I’m still a Cowboy Fan

    it is NOT his FAULT that the team is riddled with INJURIES, & are having to play a ton of young guys! We got 5th & 6th string players forced to play at some of the hardest positions!
    it's NOT Mike's fault that the O'line is playing 2 rookies at the 2 of hardest positions to play on the O'line!
    its NOT his fault that we lost Dan Quinn to the head coaching job for Washing Commanders!
    its NOT his FAULT that coaching charge forced the defense to have to LEARN a new system & scheme in the new coach's(Mike Zimmer)Defense!
    its NOT Mike's fault that DAK PRESCOTT wasn't playing his best during the first 7 games & its definitely not Mike's FAULT that Dak got hurt & is OUT for remainder of the season! So people really NEED to STOP putting this all on MIKE, cuz It's on the PLAYERS for not EXECUTING & it's also on the FRONT OFFICE to bring in players that can make the team SUCCESSFUL by WINNING football games!!💯💯💯

Mike McCarthy will get this team turned around I don’t care what anyone says he has won a Super Bowl and conference championship they have had 3 straight 12-5 seasons under McCarthys leadership they might not be in the playoffs this year however they have phenomenal talent and have had many injuries and Jerry jones failed the team this offseason none of that is Mike McCarthy fault trust me when he has the talent he can take this team places they are so close they just need to make some splashed through the draft and offseason and they will be right back in it
