  1. Keepin it real Murf.. you spittin bars bro. Alot of dummies up here in the NW always down on Coach Mac and JS with their moves. 1st year, let them cook a bit, Low and Slow for a sustained flavor that can last for years! Not sayin get rid of Geno, but I think now is the time to send in Slingin Sammie Howell and get him some reps. Give him a chance to show what he can do and maybe see a future with him. No need to draft a qb in my opinion, I think they have a future with Howell.

  4. I’m a Seahawks fan that honestly keeps it real. The Seahawks are rebuilding no matter if the rest of the fans want to admit it or not. Mike had to put his system into place and the Seahawks need OLine players. Dodson wasn’t good against the run and Mike wants to stop the run. Seahawks fans forget when Pete brought players in and out trying to implement his system. Mike has to do the same thing.

  6. I've listened to some Seahawks anylisyst saying Drake Thomas is Thier most instinctive linebacker and pounding the table to play him.
    Either way looking forward to seeing our young guys play! Happy to see some shake ups over the off week. Sign of changes.

  9. i think they wanna thrust knight and jones into their starting roles but i wouldn’t be surprised if they look at off ball linebackers early in the draft coming up, i.e. harold perkins/barrett carter

  10. Give Coach Mike time IMHO. They moved Pete out and TBH not running Lynch from the 1 was a fireable offense. 
    So, Hawks seem to be business-like and not reactionary.

  16. this 12 has no question with the way you cover my Hawks .. i'm down with you Murf .. as they say, "Rome wasn't built in a day" .. but far too many wants it all 'right now' .. thats just not realistic

  17. Pete and John did 284 roster moves his first year. Went 7-9 first two years. Let em cook a bit. You aint gonna get all right pieces year 1. If they go on a nice run here 2nd half of season then cool. But if not it isnt end of the world like the Geno haters do after every game. I bet if they finish 7 and 9 the bandwagon fans will say fire Mike hes trash blah blah blah.

  19. What’s encouraging about this decision is looking at the Ernest Jones acquisition. Mr Jones is a very intelligent sophisticated thinker/very talented physical player who throws his mind and body into the game. The guy has his head in every play it seems.

    If this is an archetypal example of the decision to make these roster and position changes, I’m very patiently interested to watch this all play out.

  23. I liked knight when I first seen him in pre season. I agree he's going to make a difference and hopefully other linebackers will mimic his field intelligence. Good vid brotha thank you.

  24. The current roster of the Seahawks are a great example of how good Schneider has been, but they have no heart or anything else that made the greatest team ever in Seahawks history!!!! They have incredible talent that is what the SB team would humiliate them and I love the only team that exists to me!!!! I'm going to agonize more and more over the disgusting end of the back to back SB team would be since I am going to have to accept the reality that the Seahawks will never be in another SB again in my lifetime

  28. Hey, sometimes you gotta switch up the ingredients for different flavor! Let John & Mike cook a bit before complaining about the appetizer. I like the statement move & we also don't know what's up behind the scenes¿ That said… as long as we improve we will be heading in the right direction.

  34. Geno Smith has such a smooth delivery, his arm extention and follow through really catches my eye.
    Then he rips one so fast his arm is just a blur
    and the receiver has it blow through his hands…but glad he didn't lose a finger.

  35. I really liked Dodson, but he did not have good gap discipline. I also am not in the V mac, they see stuff we do not as fans, so they must be seeing stuff that convinced them he is not the guy.

  36. I like it…he knows what he wants and they wasnt it. Towards the end Pete got too connected with players and tht he could fix them. You certainly need to be able to coach em up too, but if you aint it…bye bye Felicia.

  37. I don’t understand waiving a starter unless he was unwilling to accept the starting lineup change. He could help on special teams.

    On a separate note, can you accept sponsorships from cannabis brands? At @Mfusedculture, we would be interested.

  40. Saw your previous film breakdown on Tyrese Knight. Glad to see they're getting him on the field. I wonder if Dodson threw a fit so they just had to get him out of the locker room.

  43. I heard a clip from The Mike McDonald show and he was saying Dodson played both Mike and Will whereas Jones had only played Mike so Dodson kept the Green Dot and just slid to Will because it was less of a transition for everybody. Apparently he didn't make a great fit at Will. I see this as setting culture and making a statement. Too bad they couldn't have got a fourth or fifth rounder for Dodson.
