Howard played God awful last year, worse than Eli Apple. He’s a scum bag human and now worth more than the vet minimum. Obviously Howard thinks he’s still worth more than the vet minimum and that’s exactly why he’s been a free agent all year. Also dude has all kinds of allegations and stuff right now. I’m frustrated that the front office didn’t make a move before this week too. But Howards old sorry ass wasn’t going to help very much. Didn’t anyone else watch dolphins games last year?

Him and former Bengals CB William Jackson III both went to the same high school here in Houston. Like sometime mentioned, his best days are long behind him. No lost that he didn’t sign.
With his recent character issue, I’m honestly surprised we entertained it. Guarantee that drove his value down in bengals minds.
Also, he’s likely washed up anyways. Just think, each team carries 4 or 5 cbs plus practice squads, and that many people were seen as better
