Dame is the obvious answer but to throw out another name I’d say Geoff Petrie
Meyers Leonard
Not even a question, Dame
It’s Dame. Rookie of the year to start and ending obviously wasn’t the best, but the letter to the fans and trade return for him was good. Can’t blame him for wanting out and he was damn good the whole time he was here.

Yall are crazy – dame forcing his way out the team as justified as it was – shouldn’t be considered ending great
Clyde
It’s Dame… dude had a nuclear run throughout his entire tenure. Take away all the noise and semantics and look at the body of work alone. He really rocked as a Blazer from start to finish.
Brandon Roy. Started rookie of the year, Ended with a heroic performance against the eventual champion Mavericks in game 4 of the 2011 playoffs
Dame taking huge contract in what’s essentially a small market team, and possibly the least desirable destination for a player, then he acts surprised the team can’t afford a strong supporting roster around him. Has a big ego. Hasn’t played a full season since 2018. His stats were good in games he did play, but considering how he left it’s pretty hard to say ended great.
Dameeeee
Paul Allen
Nurk started great? Idk about all that. He kind of just stayed the same but got skinny and couldn’t push people around
I think this is a no brainer. Dame by a landslide

Maurice Lucas! Mo won a championship with the Blazers his first year with the team. 3x All-Star in his tenure from 1976-1980. Came back in his last year as a pro to retire in a Portland uniform. Had his jersey retired by the team immediately. Served as an assistant coach twice and was a strong presence in the Portland community throughout. RIP legend 🙏

I know Dame is going to get shoehorned into this spot, because he’s Dame and can’t be left o out. But I’d go with Gerald Wallace.
Portland got Wallace, an all-star, for Mehmet Okur, Dante Cunningham and two picks that would become Shabazz Napier and Tobias Harris. The Blazers get one more good year with a serviceable Roy, finishing third in the west and giving the championship Mavericks a six-game series. Then they flip Wallace for a pick that ends up becoming their future with Dame. That was an end-to-end win for the Blazers on multiple levels.
