The Nuggets’ demise was greatly exaggerated because Nikola Jokic is truly better than ever

  1. The man is simply incredible. We will never see an athlete like him again in Denver. Savor it, people.

  2. Anytime somebody besides Joker wins the MVP for the next 5 years (given Nikola plays a full season) they will know it was given out of pity/voter fatigue and not because they earned it. Including Embiid a year ago.

  3. Actually, it’s the supporting cast stepping up their game – and some of them (looking at you, Jamal) need to elevate it even more for the Nuggets to pick up some easy wins. This way, Joker can rest and avoid burnout before the playoffs.

  4. Lot of people in this sub are overreactive and dramatic and annoying

Love this team, love Malone, love Jokic who is the real MVP

  5. Just when we thought our lack of off-season moves was leading to a wasted season, Jokic goes out and takes her game to another level.

This man is UNREAL! Truly the most unique player in the history of the the NBA.

  6. Last season Jokic played a career high in minutes (34.6 per game for 79 games) and got worn down by the end of the second round. Hes played 38.1 minutes per game so far. No the Nuggets demise hasn’t been exaggerated because we’re running Jokic into the ground to achieve these results. It’s not sustainable to play Jokic playoff minutes for the entire season like we are right now

  7. > Every nugget (no pun intended) about Jokic’s transcendent 10-game start boggles the mind.

    Bro that was absolutely intended

the sentence “Every nugget about Jokic’s transcendent 10-game start boggles the mind” makes no sense, shut the hell up
