  1. You wrote an article that the Giants are interested in Ha-seong Kim last week, do you know which other teams are interested for him?

  2. Some of the last remaining Astros stalwarts who have been with the team for all or nearly all of this dynasty, Alex Bregman and Justin Verlander, are headed for free agency. Do you think that they remain with the team, or (as more and more Astros fans are starting to predict) do they move on and find a new home?

  3. What do you think the Reds will do this offseason, with Tito at the helm and the young squad needing to take a step forward?

  4. How crazy are the Tigers willing to get after getting a taste of the postseason after a decade?

  5. Hi Mark, thanks for doing this!

While the Padres upcoming pursuit for Starting Pitching will be well documented, the departures of Jurickson Profar, Ha-Seong Kim, David Peralta, Donovan Solano and Kyle Higashioka have not only left the team with numerous positional vacancies, but have also left them with a bit of a top heavy lineup.

How do you see them addressing this in the offseason? Will they opt to move Xander Bogaerts and Jake Cronenworth back to SS/2B respectively and bring in a more offensively geared 1B/DH type, or will they opt for less firepower with more defensive flexibility and prowess like they’ve had with Kim at SS?

  6. What teams do you see as suitors for Ryan Helsley? I’m excited to see what the return looks like as a top 5 reliever two of the last three seasons.

  7. Thank you, Mark for this AMA. What does the market look like for Pete Alonso and what are his chances of returning to the Mets?

  8. I saw in an article that the Reds were supposed to meet to have the budget hammered out at the end of October, but in a quote last week it apparently was not ironed out yet.

Is that because of the TV rights situation or does that generally usually mean that payroll is being slashed?

  9. Hey Mark!

Who do you think is the best player to be traded this offseason that isn’t really being talked about? Most of us are pretty confident guys like Crochet or Williams will be on the move, but is there anybody big we haven’t been hearing about?

  10. What “crazy”/out-of-left-field roster moves do you anticipate happening this offseason, if any?

  11. What do you see the Mariners doing?

Are they going to trade one of their SP’s for an elite bat? Go for HySeong Kim, trade for Naylor?

    What do you foresee

  12. With what seemed like 75% of the league still in the playoff race after the trade deadline, does that change the calculus of how teams build their rosters?

  13. Besides Sasaki, are there any other good international free agents this season? I’ve heard about Hye-Seong Kim from the KBO (not to be confused with Ha-Seong Kim), but otherwise I’m not sure
