  1. Inconsistent Coaching and poor play makes are much less tolerable when games are so close. Offense would be winning us more games if we could stop any kind of pass play.

  2. Dline is playing the best out of any other position and that's saying something awj isn't playing well maybe hurt lvd aged quickly and our secondary welp not good

  3. Palmer and McMillan are not used. I don't judge players based on them not being used.

Otton was not sued and people thought he was bad..and now they realize he is great.

If we target McMillan and Palmer we'd find out if they are good or not

  4. Is it possible this team is playing hard and over their heads ,and it's not good enough to pull out tough wins.
It sounds like personell issues and that falls on Jason licht.
I would rather shake up the roster ,draft or acquire other players ,take our picks until we get the right guys.

  5. Bucs have now have the easiest schedule after week 11 bye. They should win all the remaining games except for the Chargers game. They could still win 10 games. They face the worst teams. Will they even win? Not if the insanity continues.

  6. When you have so many players that are not performing well and young players not developing then it is time for a coaching change. Bye Bowles, 47-64 is not good enough.

  7. This roster has to be 32nd in the league, and this schedule so far has to have been the worst. We have no business being 4-6. Coaching and most of the players deserve a lot of credit.

Safeties. Wtf happened to AWJ and Whitehead, we should have a top 3 safety tandem, if not 1, and it's been mediocre. LVD gets a pass, he's old and we shouldn't be relying on him to carry the middle of the field.

Licht needs to go. O-line still needs help. LB has been ignored. Whole team lacks depth outside of safety. D-line needs starters. We knew Dean and Davis were aging and haven't done enough to prepare for that.

We got rid of our two best ST players in Scotty and Stuard, and Stuard would've been great at ILB too. We ditched Johnson, Grayson, and Mickens, proven WRs and returner… for Thompkins and Geiger. We let Kappa walk. We let Stinnie walk. We drafted small school tackles to play Opposite Guard with predictably disasterous results.

No one in their right mind should reasonably expect Bowles and Coen to be doing anything with what they have. They're working miracles, and getting rid of them would be a massive mistake, because as much as it hurts to admit, it's a team problem, not an easy fix coaching problem, and anyone else we could get would have this roster competing for the number 1 pick for years at best

  8. Coaching on defense has been lacking. Defense has let the team down. DL is bad to terrible. Vita is the ONLY ONE to keep. If I was an opposing coach, I would pass on every down. The Bucs cannot stop a passing team. Lavonte is playing unbelievable, but the rest have been a let down. KJ Britt has NOT performed well at all. One positive note: Other than the Broncos and Ravens, the Bucs have been in every game to the end. even with the myriad of injuries, they stay in the game. Their schedule has been brutal; the toughest in the NFL. Washington, Detroit, Chiefs, Falcons, 49s, Ravens, Broncos, really tough games. So maybe 4-6 is reality for a team that desperately needs to rebuild the defensive line and secondary. I still blame Bowles though: both Falcons games were winnable. 2 OT losses and failure to stop the 49s on the last drive (totally predictable).

  9. Love the positional breakdown here. The 2 most needed upgrades are Middle linebacker and wide receiver. We need both at a elite level too like signing another free agent WR and using the first round pick on a middle or a strong safety in my opinion or even another strong DT to play next to Vea and Kancey. On top of that Bowles has to stick to his word and play the hot hands like Tucker and finding a hot handed edge rusher by giving Ramirez a shot next Diaby to maximize the speed of the blitz at the very least.

  10. Things will be different when Evans is back, I know he is just 1 player, but at least you’ll have someone other than Otton making catches.
Otton is great ! Big time plays when mayfield needs him. But he seems to right now be the only guy able to.

I think we can definitely go on a run this latter part of the year. Especially now that we have life in the run game.

  11. Defense is playing too soft against the pass. They need to cover tight and force the opposing QBs to throw in tight coverages. When they get the lead, they need to play fast and aggressive. Once the opposing offense get one or two first downs, they go conservative and the defense gets killed. They're predictable.

  12. Should've kept Carlton Davis and traded Dean should've have kept Shaq Barrett and traded for another pass rusher. Should've went out and drafted some corner help and definitely should have gotten a couple of people in the trade dead line

  13. McMillan currently doesn’t have what it takes, he is not a leader. During an interview a few weeks back they asked him about taking on a larger role due to injuries and this man said and I quote, “I’m just a rookie”. He’s never going to amount to more than a 3rd WR.

  14. We got a kicker who is money!!! Although our back up WR’s suck n cant even get open, we doing it witj baker, otton and RB’s!!!! Bottom line Bowles Defence cant get any TO’s….cant stop big 3rd down plays…..and worse of all cant close out game by stopping a final drive!!!! They can throw on us allday down the middle!!! Hard to watch
