  1. Lmao I’m with you DK those pitch outs and swing passes to the RB drove me nuts .. every time we ran it it was for a minimal gain or negative yardage 🤦🏾‍♂️ only team I see running this play to a high degree is the 9ers with CMC. It’s not for everyone!! Let’s stick to the basics of counters pulls and HB dives 🖤✨♦️🔹 Here We Go Steelers

  2. With the AFC North campaign starting Sunday against the Ratbirds, so you think that Justin Fields athletic abilities will be utilized in plays like a pistol or wildcat or do you think they'll hold onto those bags of tricks for the playoffs?

  3. Yeah, the regular Najee was back. Think about how shocked everyone was when Harris, in his 4th season, suddenly looked like a badass. Why was everyone so surprised? Because he's shown us over 4 years what he really is, and those games were abnormal. When he has massive holes he hits them with authority like any NFL calibur rb should. When he doesn't have massive holes, forget it, he can't create his own space. Warren does, and finally looks healthy. Warren and Patterson averaged 4.7 ypc, Najee averaged 2.5. As usual, Harris gets nothing, nothing, nothing, then Warren comes in and holes magically appear. Plus, Warren is so much more dangerous in the passing game.

  4. I haven't listened to today's episode yet DK but wanted you to know that I KNEW today's photo would be The Mike Williams game winner! Just had a feeling sir! 😎 (Willie Mays style catch right?)

  5. DK, the pitch out, especially to Naj in this offense is equivalent to the jet sweep in Canada's, since it's on tape let's fake it and pass it to one of our 17 TEs 😃😆😄 Thank you for the great content as always sir! 😎

  6. DK, sticking to O-Line talk like your J1Q… Mason McCormick in my opinion is playing so well, that I question if James Daniels has a future with us as a starter… What say you?

  7. Dk you remind me of me last year every time the Steelers would run one of those stupid jet sweeps for a 3 yard loss!! 🤣 I find myself asking the pretend Steelers coach in my living room Why??!!! Why do we keep running this play!!!!?? That toss play hasn't really worked since back when Franco was the Steelers running back! IDK why any team with a slower running back would even try it is beyond me? But Najee usually loses 2 to 4 yards almost every time he goes outside so your right that's a bad play call! If it didn't work with fast shifty wide receivers with misdirection on a jet sweep how can it work with a slow running back on an outside run with no misdirection? DB's are to quick for these kinds of plays. Especially when they already know it's coming like with The OC that shall not be named!! Rhymes will Fanada!!🥁 Go Steelers!!

  8. Steeler fan here in Kansas City. I know what Williams can do. He has terrorized the Chiefs enough so I know what he can do. The irony of his misuse in New York is that he outscored the entire Jets team last weekend. Good take DK and thank you Jets, I mean Aaron Rodgers.

  9. DK you get to watch practice well at least people that work for you so do you or them see if fields is learning how to throw the ball better not the moon ball but the touch of how and when that touch is needed. If Fields can add and learn that how and when to throw the ball it would benefit his game moving forward. all the great QBs have that Ben had it. Fields needs to learn not every throw has to be a comet on fire.

  10. Morning DK!!! I agree with the pitch outs!!! We have two backs who are far more explosive going north and south and on top of that it’s much harder to block that! Unless you have a speed demon as a back getting to the corner with the way defenses can shut down the edge, it’s not going to work.
    Keep up the good work!
Oh and I think we have a WR2!!!

  11. I agree DK. Big play Mike made that big play. Credit to Russell Wilson pass. Now there are two wide receivers. I love Frazier. Hard work plus talent is who he is. No pitchouts please ! Great show DK

  12. If you love Omar’s first trick, just wait until Preston Smith sets the edge and helps stuff King Henry this weekend. Could the Steelers win GM and Coach of the Year this year?? Coach T has also been on an absolute heater. PS, can’t help but notice PQ seems to be picking it up, right before ravens week👀

  13. I am glad you brought up the pitch outs, the sweeps that usually do not work which I have been saying to stop for months. They are trying to imitate other teams who do it successfully.I think they use the term downhill. When you can do it successfully like the San Fran RBs or Henry or others does not mean your team can.I do not think Najee is the one who should never get any of those. They occasionally work for Warren even though once a game is plenty. The bubble screen I am not to fond of either. Now if they see a defense who is susceptible to it okay but please do not overdue it like the Bears oc Schoop offense of the early 2000s.I do not want to see those “cute” trick plays either. You know like the Washington team tried Sunday and it failed miserably. How well the screen plays have worked I do not know as I can recall one play where it was blown up and RW just threw it to the ground last week.Just looking at last week throwing “moon”balls to van Jefferson or CA3 is not their strengths. They are plenty of crossing routes, curls, short to intermediate routes pass the los they can run.Still want to see Muth get seven to ten targets a game. They used him perfectly on his td.Use him more than one rz series. You can distribute accordingly but remember the best targets in the passing game which are staring at you right in the face lol.

  14. O my God Dk you have to stop this blaming Najee campaign please keep it at Arthur smith if anything it’s A team game the notion of Najee is back to playing bad After clearly he was having some great games is crazy every time something doesn’t go right with the run game you find a way to throw Najee’s name in cmon now it’s possible Frazier was knocking some rust off Najee doesn’t have rust to knock off he’s been fine as long as the blocking is there did you mention warrens fumble no not at all but if Najee would have fumbled it would have been front page news with you cmon Dk when are the personal attacks going to stop with Najee the kid has been playing his heart out sheesh

  15. Did you catch Russ Wilson's quote on his first interception in a long time? Something about it just being a long punt. I am glad he doesn't worry about any stat but W's.

  16. DK, thank you for saying Zach Frazier will likely grow into one of the great Centers we are accustomed to in Pittsburgh. I was screaming that from the rooftops leading up to the draft when others were saying we didn't need to prioritize Center. Hopefully Frazier and McCallum will be in black n gold for years to come.

  17. I love the pass game opening to up but we still need to get the run game going. That's our offensive identity right now. They also need to get the ball more to Mount Washington and Muth!

  18. Good J1Q and answer, DK. Those pitch-outs accounted for some of those WASTED 1st downs, where we only gain 0-2 yards on Najee runs. When teams stack the box, why can't we pass to set up the run??!!

  19. DK enjoy your rumor and covering the Steelers I just can’t say it enough Jalen Warren is our back all though Najee has shown improvement but not consistent Enough if Jalen got the Carrie’s Najee gets I feel he will see the holes and field better and we really need at least one shutdown corner back in invulnerable giving up 10+ yards but I love my Steelers!!!!

  20. DK enjoy your humor and covering the Steelers I just can’t say it enough Jalen Warren is our back all though Najee has shown improvement but not consistent Enough if Jalen got the Carrie’s Najee gets I feel he will see the holes and field better and we really need at least one shutdown corner back in invulnerable giving up 10+ yards but I love my Steelers!!!!

  21. Hey DK! So…..at some point with the officials ever be addressed by the league? Surely they can’t keep just ignoring the worst officiating the game has ever seen. And it’s not just a homer take. It’s every single game this season. How many close games so far have been blown by awful no-calls on OBVIOUS penalties? I get that no one wants penalties deciding games…..but it’s like if Steph Curry pulls up for a three to win the Finals, his defender punches him in the crotch while another takes out his legs so he lands on his neck, and there’s no whistle. Just this week you and the big hold on TJ that might have ended the game, the hold on Jackson that would have been a FG block, and the 2 pt conversion in Cincy when there were like 3-4 missed OBVIOUS penalties not called on Baltimore. How long before the focus is on NFL officiating reform?
