Bad coaching. Use both qbs when needed. AR more mobile. 4th and goal, put AR in.
This team makes a half assed effort, everyone sees it
We can tell how much accountability really matters to Shane by him allowing Flacco to have a mever ending leash.
These coaches do not sound like they are professional coaches. They sound very amateur in their tone and then the verbiage.
Some players need to call out other players, because if the coaches aren’t going to do it, then who is? And these players need to be called out. These games are a job, not a clown show, and that’s what we’re getting. So the players better get thier head out of thier asses and do thier fricking jobs!!!
Your the only coach on team that has gotten better your doing awesome guss
I can't even call stiechen a shane anymore he is a disgrace to my name lol
Poor play calling, never use the tight end or slot receiver, all passing calls over 10 yards putting a ton of pressure on OL and QB,poor use of JT and other backs setting up screens
Use both QBs especially in short yardage situations,I’m sorry but Shane is a poor play caller, typical young guy who thinks he is smarter than everyone else with nothing to learn
Actually Gus and defense are showing improvement, more blitzes and stopping the run
Now, this was a good interview. Much better than Jim Bob.
And!!!
This was a good question, Kent. You do yourself a disservice by promoting that other fella.
seems like the bosses should be the ones holding people accountable. I've had plenty of jobs and leaving the boss duties to the workers never works out in the company's favor
Who's gonna call Shane out for his lack of good situational awareness?Because Shane absolutely hurts. This team around half time and you can put bank on it that he will make some sort of bone head decision at half time to help the other team score points
A bit forthright here, a bit more telling and information here from Gus than from any presser I've seen this season.
Great thoughtful question from you Kent, well done.
Well there's a tiny peek behind the curtain. I believe they all know we're looking for answers as much as they had better be.
Nice work here Kent, and again my thanks for bringing it to us. Have a nice evening,
C A
To Gus's credit, that defense has been GASSED by the time the 4Q comes around. That offense cannot put together a long drive whatsoever.
What’s our plan for the future other than Richardson? I say throw him in there, and hopefully he shows some promise throughout the remainder of the season. I do understand why they pulled him. He did regress week to week, but Flacco isn’t Flacco anymore.
