Birdman has a history of being taken advantage of. He got catfished by a woman who also catfished a minor, set up a meeting between them, and tried to blackmail them both. And he’s had other times when business associates have ripped him off.
what was he addicted to?
Mark Bryant is an upstanding family man and literally saved Chris at the bottom of his career. The restaurant bankrupted Chris and now he and his wife are looking for a scape goat.
Oh snap. He had a 15 year nba career? Even as a bench warmer. Thats a ton of money.
Honestly that’s not shocking. It’s kind of sad that the response here is: “well he’s been dumb before, and he was a drug addict.”
Thus he deserves to have had his lawyer rob him.
Like… it’s sad we’re at a point where “get an attorney/money manager” still results in: “it’s your fault for trusting a person who’s job is literally to know the law.”
