  1. At CORNER, Kaiir Elam, Christian Benford, Taron Johnson, Cam Lewis and Marcus Ingram are all under contract for 2025. Only Rasul Douglas is a Free Agent. Of course the Bills will add another Corner, but that position is pretty stable for 2025.

  2. DLINE. Simply fact is we need more. More in the draft. More in Free Agency. Injuries knock us back every year. So, hate to say it but our 1st pick in the draft probably needs to be DE/DT. 2nd round at the latest.

  3. Joe how do you feel about letting cook go, keeping Ray davis, ty johnson, and bumping frank gore jr up from practice squad?

While I do like cook and find his value. I just feel like sometimes hes not physical enough or big enough to burst through the opposing defense and we see him stopped far to often…

  4. Wish they’d do more incentive laden contracts. I realize the players want the hard numbers. When they don’t play well, they’re still paid as if they continued to play like their contract season. Last year, Ed outplayed his contract. He put in the work to have a big year in the offseason, got the contract and had that big year. He hasn’t played to that level this year.

Side note, other teams need to push this more. It can’t just be the Bills – multiple reasons. Players that fail to live up to their contracts should be released but of course the problem is that there is so much guaranteed money that teams can’t. It’s set up so that players play at a higher level on contract years and then revert to lower levels of play. I do believe that Groot has the motor and the integrity to sustain his level of play. He’s an exception and the Bills mostly draft guys with high integrity.

  5. Oliver was a bad signing as most thought it was at the time. He’s had flashes but for the most part you don’t hear his name but once a game if that.

Greg is a good player not great. Not making the same mistake with him. Would pay him according to what he’s done and nothing more. If he wants more he can leave he’s not that important

  6. The miss in the 2022 draft class was Boogie Basham. Ironically, after we traded him to the Giants, he was on their 53 last year but is now on their practice squad. The Bills can sign him back and still have that pick they got this upcoming draft. He had his best camp just before we traded him. He may actually develop – and there is a short list of guys that were drafted by the Bills, that Brandon cut that had good seasons after going elsewhere (Wyatt Teller pro bowler, Cody Ford is the Bengals top reserve OL, RB Zack Moss has been a starter for the Colts and Bengals). Also, a list where they failed to succeed after they were cut. Could go either way.

  7. Greg Rousseau is a good player, but he’s not winning you a playoff game. Against Lamar or Mahomes.. the money is what it is. Ok players get great money

  8. Hate to say it but it seems that the Bills need to have another offseason like last year to get younger and cheaper. Rasul, Amari and Vonn are luxuries that the team can’t afford. They have to resign their draft classes.

  9. Hey Joe was your dad or relative a baseball little league coach !!!!!! Cause I use to have a coach with the last name Marino when I was kid !!! He was the best !!

  10. I 100% agree, reps matter so they need to start getting those reps now!!! The idea of a base 4-3 with Taron and Rapp at Safety was an idea that Joe mentioned about a month ago. I reposted that idea elsewhere cause I believe it’s a really good idea. Again, credit to Joe. So, reps matter. We need to be able to play a base defense cause the good teams we will face have a dual attack. Having three LBs that are very good in coverage helps the pass defense a lot. Having Taron on the field helps the pass defense a lot. They need to rep this during the regular season to get ready for the post season. If they get to the Super Bowl, they’re likely to face the Lions or 49ers and they really challenge you in the run game. I’d hate to get to that game and get ran over like we did vs the Ravens with every football fan in the world watching.

  11. Joe Beane should get fired if the Bills lose early in the playoffs again because in he draft Keon Coleman while yes he’s been okay, he just got injured and Xavier Worthy was right there in the draft but he decided to trade that pick and look at the Chiefs right now undefeated and also Amari Copper has already missed a game already and he has not made much of a difference and also Von Miller was a sign bust because he has not done anything after he got injured on Thanksgiving back in 2022.

  12. 2025 draft 1st round – I really hope it’s an impactful interior DL. Even if that means it’s a massive NT that just pushes the pocket on run downs but really holds his own vs double teams on running plays.

  13. Travis Kelce – I’d to see someone chip him at the line, another guy in man coverage that’s an athlete and a safety looking his way over the top. I realize that uses some resources but the guy that chips him, still rushes Mahomes. The safety is still going to be back preventing big plays by other players too.

  14. A lot of these players think only of the money and maximizing the money. They forget about life after football. Players like Jim Kelly and Steve Tasker made a life for themselves in Buffalo and have the love of the fans. I became a fan in the late 60's and enjoyed something called Bill's Booster Club. We met players all the time. I fondly remember all those guys. I will not remember players like Tremaine Edmunds and others (whose names I can't recall right now) who left for money.

  15. Sorry but if they don't play 4-3 base against SF, Det, and NE then they're dumb… Not talking about just winning but keeping Tarron healthy for the playoffs…

  16. With all of Milanos injuries and the nature of them have you considered that he might not ever be as dominant as he once was? Is it possible that Williams might actually be the better play going forward? I only own ONE Bills jersey and it’s a Milano jersey so I am by no means hating on him. He has been my favorite player on the team outside of Allen. But given his age and injuries I’m just not sure he will ever be the same.
