lol 3/4 people in this picture aren’t going anywhere. Nobody in their right mind would trade for them and have the penguins get out with any sort of win.
EK is an easy scapegoat.. he’s still been our best D. Ignore Letangs -10 and 7 points….he’s core. EK isn’t playing like 11mil. But pretending he’s the source of our problems is dumb. This whole team can’t play D. But let’s ignore the players we’ve come to love for 15 years (their defensive numbers suck) and single out one guy. Don’t you feel better?
We’re in rebuild mode now…nothing wrong with that. It’s going to be tough and painful but that is the price of the incredible success this team has had over the last two decades.
I’ve been a lifelong fan since the early 70s, so I know what the dark times can look like. I don’t care if the team sucks, but I do want to see them play hard…that’s all I ask of Dubas.
Remember crew, how we we got Crosby in the first place. I salute you tank commander!
