[Infield] Shams just reported on NBA Today Ja Morant will be evaluated again this weekend. He says the Grizzles aren’t overly concerned its a long-term issue. On a better note, he says Marcus Smart will return tonight after missing the last few weeks with an ankle sprain.

Well at least we are in early season , GSW going to be a tough one, anybody know what’s going on with Bane?
Why is the sentiment “oh no” here? Sounds good to me. I was assuming an early december return for Ja and this sounds like he may be on track to return a little sooner than that? Am I reading this wrong?
I’m not understanding why people saw him on crutches and thought he might be back before December.
