4. Your continued support for Minshew makes absolutely no sense – at no point has he ever been the best QB on our roster and at no point has he given us the best chance to win. Ridder looked far better than Minshew against the Bengals – real zip on the ball and actual scrambling ability. To be fair, you have to consider Minshew AFTER the first two drives against all the other QBs and for me, it's not even close – Minshew is an awful turnover machine – I would even start Bradley over Minshew at this point.

19. how did the raiders not see this in practice what a disaster the offense was and we ran with it anyway. a complete failure at the feet of ap. this whole season at every position feels like a long try-out.

20. It's crazy that AP isn't going to be fired. As an interim, he went 5-4, but somehow, with a nearly identical team that was supposed to be better, they're 2-7. He made them worse, and you can not put all the blame on Getsy.

21. We need a top offensive line again like when we had Osemele, Penn, Hudson..etc

31. I have actually seen Minshew play and he is very good. I am trying to figure out who these fans are????? QB needs good coaching, offensive line, receivers, running back, etc.

38. I think AP is just sticking with Minshew while waiting for AOC he should be coming off i.r. soon. Aiden is not the answer for anything but AP trusts him the most.

39. I didn't watch football this past Sunday… and I didn't really miss it. Maybe it's due to my disappointment with my Raiders or maybe I'm not happy with the direction the NFL has taken. The woke messaging, fining Nick Bosa for wearing a MAGA hat. It feels like the focus of the NFL is no longer competitive football, but more about Greed. Sorry, just a rant. Of course, I'll watch my Raiders on Sunday, but this season is a wrap for me. This franchise is rudderless right now. No leadership or common sense. Maybe AP can improve and if Mark keeps him around, I hope he does, but this team right now is embarrassing. It reminds me of the mid to late 2000s post Gannon and we've been without a true QB for more than 20 years. It's time that gets resolved in the 25 draft.

42. I think this is more about seeing the offense under a different OC. The opening scripted drives have been pretty good and more pass leaning. After that opening drive, Getsy seems to go back to his ultra conservative playcalling.

44. Desmond Ridder looked just as bad or worse than Minshew in Atlanta so he isn't a savior.
    I have been a raider fan for 40 years and this is one of the worst teams we have ever had, despite have some talent,I was all for pierce until they hired Luke getsy,who everyone knew was trash,so wipe slate clean and draft QB and grab online and secondary help and find another wide receiver
