Mitch Marner scored late in the third period to send the game to overtime and John Tavares buried the game-winner in the extra frame to lift the Toronto Maple Leafs to a 4-3 win against the Washington Capitals.

    KNIES, JOHNSON AND LORENTZ GOALS WOULD HAVE ALL BEEN GOOD GOALS 10 YEARS AGO… THESE REFS ARE SCRIPTED. AT MOST KNIES AND JOHNSON GOALS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALLOWED..

    LEAFS EASILY WON THIS GAME IN REGULATION, IF IT WASNT FOR THE REFS BAD CALLS

  15. when the goal was called off for Washington , even as a leaf fan I was like "that probably should have been a good goal. he barely touched woll". Then lorentz gets called no goal, and I didn't understand why. He already had forward momentum, there wasn't a kicking motion, and it hit the top of his thigh. He literally couldn't have avoided bouncing the puck into the net even if he tried. But I thought all right, two goals called back. both seemed like bad calls. That evens it up. Then they call back knies which is simply an incorrect call to the letter of the rulebook and THEN I was annoyed.

    By the end, that JT goal felt pretty cathartic not gonna lie.

  20. What a frustrating highlight reel to watch – a goal for each team that should not have been overturned, a dogshit weak play by tommy to throw the game and then Thompson staying in his net when he so easily could have beat Tavares to the puck. Brutal

  32. Obvious rigging. Just watch the overtime when domi is on the ice. Everytime he passes it, that player goes passed the cap's blue line, then immediately turns around. For 2 entire minutes domi is trying to get on the board and this happened each time. Wake up people. Everything is rigged for vegas/new York betting lines. There is no reason for what happened to happen. Stop being controlled.
