18. It’s called a salary cap! PQ wasn’t going to except what the Ravens could afford to offer him. The writing was on the wall after they traded for and then resigned Roquan Smith. Then afterwards they drafted Trent Simpson because they weren’t going to be able to give PQ what his market value was. If PQ had played more than one good season in Baltimore then they wouldn’t have went all in on Roquan Smith. Deshon Elliott at no point has played at Marcus Williams highest level. MW is struggling right now but we know what he’s capable of. Not one team in the league would have taken Elliott over Williams during that time frame. Baltimore does so well in the draft that they are unable to resign everyone. It’s more about salary cap affordability than it is not wanting to resign talent. At the end of the day if the Ravens receivers catch the ball then the Ravens win by a couple touchdowns at least.

23. I think our defense will step up this game, the Steelers have a good offense but not at the level of what we just played on Thursday. We will have our opportunities and Russ makes a lot of mistakes, not saying Russ won’t have a good day every qb has had their way with our secondary but so did baker! He had a great stat line but threw 2 picks and ultimately cost them. I imagine we will have our chances this offense is good but not elite. The defense for Steelers is a different story the ravens offense has to grind them out keep em on the field and fire them down.
