1. I’m so unbelievably proud of this team. Scoring first, keeping it close in the second, that scoring frenzy in the third, and the insane 9-minute penalty kill! This is maybe the best the club has looked the whole season, and it’s a sweet win they brought back home! Let’s go Utah!

6. Devils fan here. Tuned into the game just cuz I needed something to watch. And let me say, what a helluva game to tune into. Feel like I watched one of those special and just extra fun games tonight. And shout out to the Utah crowd too.

7. Canes fan here, y’all had our number today so well done. Glad you guys got a big win, hope the franchise takes off in Utah and gets treated better than they did in Arizona.

13. Been watching hockey for 20+ years and I’ve never seen a 3rd period like that. Spent 10.5 minutes shorthanded and still finished the period with a three goal advantage.

    Hell of a game Veggie and team, keep it up!

14. I’ve watched almost every game this season on 🏴‍☠️ streams but I was in person today and WHAT A GAME. Such a high. Our offense capitalized vbut Veggie locked the fuc in and was absolutely my player of the game.

16. Had to put down my bag of chips and go eat a carrot in honor of Vej. That was the best PK stretch I’ve ever seen watching hockey

17. Couldn’t believe it! Literally killing 11 mins of penalty minutes in the 3rd? And the Vej was a stone wall. What a game!

18. Not gonna lie, really bummed I didn’t get a chance to watch this game. Sounds like it was a seriously an insane game. Hopefully the victory our team can look to in the future to remember they who they are and what they can be night in and night out!

21. Guys, the arena was so fun tonight. I started. Veggie chant and then it continued several times in the third. 😭😭😭 he was incredible tonight. And I’m glad Sergy is ok after a puck the ear.

23. Another big player that needs to be talked about is IAN FUCKING COLE. Dude sacrifices his body all night to stop the puck. He’s so underrated.

31. That was the first game me and my kids attended. Wow, what a game to pick!!
    The noise in that arena at the end of that almost 9 minute PK was deafening.
    (I’ve been watching hockey for over 30 years and never seen a PK like that)
    The appreciation for Veggie, and the ovation he got was so much fun to see.
    Everyone obviously knew he was going to be the first star, and very few people left until we had a chance to let him hear us.
