Jordan Poole with a 40+ bomb and a generational level box-score vulture performance from Jonas Valančiūnas.
These kings are just out here looking out of their trade stock. You love to see it.
Poole in preseason form
It took a career-high in points from Wemby to beat us. What a bunch of bums, huh?
At least Corey is finally cooking, thank god
It was a good game.
I hope the Spurs broadcast did a better production job than the idiots at Monumental.
Lots of positives to take away from tonight. My biggest one is Alex Sarr having an actual post game. If he can take it to Wemby like that, I fully expect him to start going at more centers.
Kispert needed this game, badly.
I’m glad we made it respectable at the end. Wemby is special.
Crazy fun game! Wemby 50 ball was too much to overcome but our guys battled til the end, that’s how you PLAY
Did Wizards really play Champagnie for 36 seconds to guard his bro?
Poole with a efficient 42 points 🔥
Pros: Poole, Kispert, JV all with great value boosting performances. Bilal didn’t get his touches but he had massive off-ball impacts. George is the Swiss Army Knife. Bub with defensive iq to stop 2 guaranteed Wemby dunks + just general smarts throughout the game. Sarr had a great game all-round (except the 3’s, but that’s normal).
Cons: Kuzma.
Bilal the only one not in double digit points upsets me. Nice game overall for everyone around. Poole was great. Kuz was meh. It wasn’t fun seeing wemby get his career high but a damn great effort up until the end. I have good feelings going into the NBA Cup. Im not expecting much overall but I really hope we can beat the Hawks again.
I remember when a few people here wanted Scoot over Wemby. It was idiotic then and looks even worse now lol
Double double from Jonas who was abusing Wemby on the offensive end. What is the value of Kuz on the trade market? Just asking for a friend.
That was a fun loss. Got to watch a Wemby 50-piece, Poole had 42, and the young guns played well. I would have preferred to see more shots from Bilal but can’t really ask for more than that.
We about to win against the Hawks again, aren’t we?
For someone drafted as more of a project wing, Kyshawn looks more and more confident and assured with every game he plays. Consistency makes great passes, the 3 pointer is now dropping regularly, and he uses his length well on defence. I know we don’t have too many options, but I like the confidence Keefe has to let him initiate the offence regularly
I don’t care JORDAN POOLE 40 BOMB MIP IS A LOCK
Why is Bilal only taking 5 shots for 6 points? His offense is crazy inconsistent. Sometimes they get him the ball and he tries to score, other times he doesn’t get the ball or he takes one dribble and passes.
He needs to be way more aggressive.
Fun game! Bad third but gotta love that they didn’t quit. Curious to know what we can get for JV
