  1. It’s not happening. Deion said numerous times that he will not coach in the NFL. He doesn’t care about the money. He prefers coaching kids instead of adults; more impressionable with establishing better life choices if the kids do reach the NFL. He’s establishing a culture that makes both the money and the people COME TO HIM. He’s staying put.

  2. Coach Prime makes more than Mike McCarthy now and has full control over his team. In under two years, he’s brought in around 500 million dollars for the university and the local economy. I think he’s will become the highest-paid coach, pulling in about 14-15 million, plus bonuses for football, not to mention he can help recruiting in every other sport. He’s already got endorsements and a ton of national media buzz, the only thing Dallas or any other team could offer him is the chance to coach his son. The Carolina Panthers are the only team that can give him complete control, the chance to draft his son, and maybe even Travis and Shilo. If I were David Tepper, I’d go all in to get Coach Prime; it would be like printing money for a struggling franchise.

  3. Everybody needs to stop dreaming, Jerry Jones will not hire anyone that's bigger than him. And Deion is bigger than Jerry Jones so that will never happen. And Deion wants to run his offense and defense not that prehistoric nonsense Jerry wants to run.

  4. If these people think Deion going to leave his 30 million dollar a year job at Colorado for a 5 million dollar job for the Cowboys. I guess you can't fix stupid and ESPN is stupid af to even think about this and the stupid for listening to this.

  5. Lets be honest do you really think that Deion Sanders would ever leave Colorado to coach the Dallas Cowboys??!!?!!. There's No Way he would ever do that. Yhe people at ESPN are freaking FOOLS for even thinking this!!!! LMAO SMFH!!!!!

  6. Don't fall for ish people. Prime time will not let Jerry Jones run him up and down. Why you think he left Dallas when he was playing? It makes more sense if he goes to the Raiders. But that won't make sense for the raiders. Can't keep firing people after a season.

  7. You gotta be kidding me. Let Deion PROVE that he's a good head ball coach next year after Shadeur and Travis leave for the NFL .. before giving him the kudos for being a good coach. Show me.. prove to me you can win games with players not in the daddy-ball system.

  8. They do know there's a team cap and you can't just persuade everyone to come to the team because of who you are, right? Colorado is underperforming based on the idea that he can bring in better players by his name alone. They should be winning every game.

  9. Explayer coaches that excel in NFL are very few. Remember that. Need to work up the ramps of position coaching and coordinating one of the 3 phases of the team. It’s only way you can gameplan. Motivational speakers just don’t cut it for grown men. Need professors of game strategy.

  10. The record just says enough 11-10 at Colorado he’s not ready yet…. I understand before him Colorado was worse but he won’t gain the coaching respect needed to coach in the nfl. He still would need to prove it if he did go to the nfl and they not kids they are men in the nfl level. Also he has gain respect as a player but as a coach still needs to prove it consistently in the college level before making the jump

  11. I swear I hate being a cowboy fan. Like how did this even become a topic.

However, I’d trade Dak and my left 🌰 for shaduer, he’s yall thought Caleb Williams is.

The Biggest problem is Daks deal we’re stuck with his contract until 26-27 which also includes a no trade clause.
However, if Dak gets benched he would demand a trade.

  12. It depends on how hard Jerry Jones head is. Right now, if Jerry is head is as hard as it is now when it comes time to make that decision, then Deion should stay in Colorado.

  13. Finnebaum's right but a joke. His beef doesn't involve Penn St. Who has one loss by 7 to Ohio St. How bout comparing them to Notre Dame who lost to NIU at home. Get real ma man

  14. i dont think any coach has ever coach the #1 and 2 pick in the draft, would be a first if it happens, especially on a small foot ball program like colorado
