I would guess that it’s from the early 1940s, but could be pre-war late ’30s. I’d imagine it was printed and sold almost exclusively in Quebec. If you live in the province I would try taking it to a library or a shop that deals in old books. Possibly even the Bell Centre if you’re local, they might have a tour guide or someone who might know something.
