Definitely not surprised with a late late bye week we have
Still have the Broncos coming up but the bye week couldn’t have come at a better time. Hopefully Kirk is still able to go for one more week.
My favorite part of this Sunday’s game is when Michael Penix Jr is going to say “it’s Penixing time” and then Penix all over the Broncos defense

Just gotta make it through Denver (hopefully with a W) then onto the Bye.
Maybe the guy that was saying Cousins looked hurt when passing was right. I just thought it was that grimace face he normally makes when throwing. Was it a hit or bring 36 and passing so much?
Oh boy. At least the bye is after this week.
The NFL season is a complete slog. 11 straight weeks of football before a bye will wear any team down.

That explains some of the uncharacteristic underthrows we saw by Kirk this past Sunday.
Fuck.
I think we’re far enough ahead in the Division to start Penix vs Denver. Give Kirk 2 weeks off to come back stronger for the final stretch
