Trust me, they will sell Oakland merch forever, just like MLB still makes money off the Expos trademark.
They even sell Chief Wahoo merch locally around Cleveland. They have to maintain use of it to legally keep the trademark.
Thanks appreciate the support. As it turns out, the BoSox were the opponent for the first A’s game I went to in 2010. Dice-K was on the mound on a chilly July evening at the Coliseum. Good times.
