“OKC, Ya Boy is Ready”

  1. This is hilarious but also 👀… I don’t know what Howard really has to offer except being a big body in the paint. Could he actually be serviceable for the team?

  2. He’s the type of big I wouldn’t mind, at least on the court. Doesn’t need touches, big strong guy that can make the opposing 5 work for rebounds, saves wear and tear on guys like JDub and Caruso, we don’t have to give up anything to get him, and when we are healthy, we just waive him.

With that said, with the emphasis OKC has on culture and rarely taking on guys with off the court issues, I’d say almost a 0% chance we’d take a flyer on him.

  3. I mean why not give him 8-12 minutes a game to give JDub some time off the center position, it’s not like he’s gonna ask for more than a vet minimum at this point

  4. He said on Gil’s arena he’d play for 2 mil

Give it to him it’s better than nothing

  5. Not saying we should do this but I like it better than the other posts I’m seeing that involves trade talk of Chet and another player.

If Presti says fck it and signs Dwight on a 10-day or a minimum (whichever is possible) then I’m fine with it.

  6. Hot take but this is a win win situation in my opinion. Sign him for Pennys to rebound and give all star opposing centers a hard time to give our “centers” a break. Couple hard fouls couple blocks. No need to run plays for him. When ihart and/or Chet gets healthy if it’s not working out just bench him or cut him. I mean why not

  7. I don’t hate it. He’s got good energy, he’s a vet with experience and has won a championship.
Not bad for the position we find ourselves in
