16. This guy is a real enigma. He sounds normal but his actions say otherwise.
    His week 9 shenanigans when he was given his golden ticket, only to inexplicably skip the walkthrough practice and be sitting at the casino a day later, demonstrates serious judgment and maturity issues.
    He’s a talent for sure, which is why he’s worth ONE more chance. I’d cut him if he screws up badly again.
