What a joke

Just go back to YouTube TV
Dang growing up I could watch every Tigers, Red Wings and Pistons for free without even needing cable on either channel 50 or channel 20 lol.
BUT WHY IS VIEWERSHIP DOWN??!!
6.99 a game might as well just get a cable package
I started sailing the high seas this year after enduring a full year of the bally sports app last year. The big similarity I’ve noticed is that the reliability/quality is about the same level as the bally sports app. The big difference is that when bally sports app poops the bed I would get so pissed about paying for a complete joke whereas now I just don’t really care because it’s free!
Oh boy! 720i here I come!
$6.99 a game — I can GO to a pistons game for that price 😂😂
I’ll take the tall price over nothing, although this does nothing to grow the sport. Only diehards are paying for this.
I don’t like the a la carte option one bit. $7 per game! wtf. Thank god there are free services
Won’t matter much if they lose the Tigers.
Pirating games is simply less convenient than a streaming app, and it’s free. Kiss my ass, FanDuel.
I am not happy with the current options and offerings; however, it is half the price of going to a movie for 2 1/2 hours of entertainment. And you don’t have to pay arena prices for drinks or parking, so it could be worse, I guess
And I offer them 82 “go fuck yourselves.”
Wow. Instead of making their product worth a fuck they’re doubling down on more expensive options. Capitalism is so dope
Watching sports has just gotten out of hand at this point. Between things like this from regional networks, blackouts, streaming services wanting X amount of games just so you sign up and hopefully forget about it, it’s just nuts.
The $6.99 is before the convenience fee, monthly membership fee, and sales tax.
is everyone in here seriously this dumb? do you think this offer is for people watching more than 2-3 games a year? they’re putting the option out because there’s a lot of people who will buy a game for a party or something and they might as well grab that money.
If you make an equal bet on each game it’s essentially free since there is no way anyone loses these bets
Is this another option we get to watch games, or is this replacing one of those options to watch?
I miss Fox Sports
☠️☠️☠️. Yarrrr
Why do this when I can pay the monthly subscription for $20 a month for 7 months for a total of $140 and then cancel my subscription until October. Nice try fan duel!

And that’s why I (stream to the east) for all red wings games 🙂
Wings play on TNT tomorrow meaning it’ll be streaming on MAX if anyone has it
Sail the seas, me hearties

There’s a reason why when cities develop a new transportation system, they often will choose to offer it for free – or close to – to get people on for the experience and see whether they’d pay for more. At what point will any of these companies learn from this kind of successful model?
There’s no way I could really ever justify paying this much just to watch a single game on tv, but if I were ever going to, I’d absolutely want a test run (probably multiple) to know that this viewing experience is worth that money.
PASS Sports is rolling over in its grave.
Rare moment where I’m thankful to live out of market with an ESPN+ subscription. This is ridiculous.
Naw, I’m good. I’ll keep listening to Ken and Mick while sailing the high seas.
If I promise to pay for one of their games will they promise to fire their audio team that they don’t even have?
You could listen to the games on the radio, just like my Grandparents did!
I have espn+ I’m already pissy about the wings, I can at least watch other games when they’re on national tv for $10 less a month too.
A la carte is a fine thing, but they really need to do things like just the Red Wings for $80 a year or something.
I don’t watch the Pistons or Tigers really, so I’m throwing money away paying to watch those games, and I’m not paying a premium to NOT use a product.
What are the odds I get a product that is worth the value of what they’re charging? If it’s worth the 7 dollars, maybe I’ll pay. Otherwise, I can understand why people will turn to the free alternatives. Fuckin dopes.
Nah I’m going to keep stealing them. Fuck these stupid ass broadcast decisions.
So, does this mean you no longer need to bother with Xfinity, WOW, etc and just stream through your computer or whatever? Or is the per game fee on top of paying extra for sports channels on your cable?
