If we’re waiting to press on the gotta have games I will fall back in love with the Vikings all over again 😂❤skol
I had not heard the "Najee Harris looks like Anne Hathaway" thing (cause I've never seen him not in a helmet) but you're totally right LOL
We laugh so we don’t cry! So true
It's a copycat league and I feel like the vikings should take a page from the lions and overhaul their RB room and add Oline depth. Go get a stud veteran RB from free agents and then go draft RB . Not only will it help JJ Mccarthy development better it would give the vikings a more balanced offense
They had this picture on the wall at the Hall of Fame actually. I was there for Carl Eller’s HOF induction
For RB I'd probably run it back with Jones and Akers. Both have looked great this year and really changed our run game. Both run very well and have good vision for what we need in our offense. I am worried that Ty chandler is just not going to come around in this system. I know he's explosive, but when you watch him vs Akers and jones, the latter 2 guys have crazy smooth speed, where ty doesn't look as quick. Also I remember last year Ty breaking a few runs but then getting ran down by like a safety. I would expect a guy with his speed to pull away.
I am actually curious to see if gabriel murphy will make an impact this year
Saw "free nudie" and let the intrusive thoughts win.
Step 1 Sign Najee, step 2 draft jeanty, step 3 replicate lions, step 4 profit
As long as we can lose Cam Akers just to find him right back on the roster… the true Juggernaut. Also, unless the money is crazy, please resign Aaron Jones.
2 of my thoughts about the 6-7 man blitzes and pressing with the corners question:
1. If they press and get burnt, it can turn into a big gain very easily. If they keep everything in front of them they can read and react to the play.
2. With those type blitzes, if the rush doesn’t get home, then the ball is coming out quick. and if he’s all up on that receiver pressing him when the ball is in the air… much more likely to draw that PI flag.

The future is bright, this season isn't the end, but we could make some noise with this defense and Darnold cleans it up a little
