Love the colors, love the actual design, I just don’t love that we’re “5280”. I love the Mile High City jerseys. It just feels like our biggest flex is our elevation and that’s kinda lame, IMO.
Put Denver or Nuggets at the center and put 5280 on the shorts or something.
Grabbed last years version and love it. But also starting to understand/side with not liking numbers next to numbers it’s hurting the eyes.
They’ll just never be the Rainbow Skylines.
My least favorite part of it is the sides. It’s a “mountain pattern” with I think a topographical map laid on top of it basically? I think they were trying to do too much with that
I don’t mind them. They seem a bit Miami-ish to me for some reason.
The colors are great the 5280 is dumb. Should be “Nuggets” or “Denver.” The 5280 is beyond played.
As jerseys, they’re okay, but I really like the merch they’ve put out. Solid hoodies with the design on altitude already

People like the overall design. It’s the 5280 that’s been overplayed and is just a poor brand overall. Denver or Mile High City are both so much stronger. They are cool. They speak of a place we love.
5280 is a number showing how bad our measurement system is.
Would have bought the jersey in a heartbeat if it had Denver instead.

If it was smaller and not the prominent thing on the jersey I would like them better. Or go the other way and make it like a pattern or overly big. But in the middle and middle sized? That where you lose me.

No one should ever need any context on the sport or team to be able to read a jersey number.
If they can hold the average charity fun run to that standard, they can hold professional sport franchises to that standard.

I’ve been hammering this. Let the teams pick a retro jersey, and then the next year, have each team design their own jerseys. Alternate each year!!!!!!!

I think I’d like it better if 5280 was spelled out. Fifty Two on one line and Eighty on the next. That way we wouldn’t have a jersey with a numerical logo as well as the player’s number on the front.
im tired of nugs dickriding the high elevation. it’s cool but it also makes it 10x more embarassing when we lose
