2. I stated in last night's chat that I haven't seen a game from them like that in years. That's the team I've been waiting for for years. Boys were possessed and had the dog in them. Let's string those together LGD.

3. ​​C'mon, be honest, who saw them tanking two in a row from the defending Stanley Cup Champions? Sure we all hoped but you'd be lying if you said I expected this. No rational thought they would be able to sweep the Panthers on their own ice. Sure there was hopes and dreams or it happening but no level headed rational fan thought it would actually happen and that is ok. These last few games (Going back to the Ice Landers game) has been a pivotal time for this team. 3 for 5 on the Powerplay, 5 for 5 on the PK, two goals from Noesen, Hat Trick from BRATT-er, Big fight from Macdirmid. It was a shame that they changed Jack's goal and gave it to Mercer, erasing Jack's quasi Gordie Howe Hat trick. I know it wasn't a true 5 minutes for fighting but he for Jack, that was a fight. HAHA It was funny to see Luke break his defensive roll and taking the puck deep circling the net and Panther players like they were practice cones on the ice.

   Lets hope they can keep it rolling going into Tampa. LGD

4. 2 things about the hats. We had tons of fans there but literally no one was wearing hats, including myself. I was in center ice box so I couldn’t reach :/ but I thought the same thing, I would have liked to have seen some hats fly.

6. Best back to back (non-playoff) games from the Devils in a long time. Great to see them not get pushed around. Even Jack Hughes is playing 'bigger" when he knows someone's got his back!

8. It's amazing how Hischier carried us for ten games and now basically Bratt is carrying us and Jack is sort of the second guy all along. Even though he's kind of on a roll now too.
   Dougie's defense is ok except on odd man breaks and plays like this one. It's like he freezes up and tunnel-visions the puck. And he forgets he's 6-foot-5.
   The Reinhart goal was a perfectly placed laser. Not Allen's fault.

11. The boys look great. I just want to see consistency. That's what I'm worried about down the line.

    When we lost Mccleod, it killed me. That guy had great all around skill. I thought he was really going places. He was pure hustle.I think Noesen has filled that void. Different positions but is such a great swiss army knife of a player who can do it all and do it well.

13. With all the compliments been said I would like to compliment Luke . He’s been developing beautifully under this coaching staff . Very cautious at own end , very creative at o-zone . At times I saw Makar-like performance from him .

14. Panthers fan here: As I watched both games unfold, I thought to myself: they're making as look like how we make other teams look. No wonder the league hates us. It's still early to tell since our players are unrecognizable at the moment, but Devils, this might be your year.

18. Wow!! This team is for real. See what great coaching does? Lindy should have been canned after that 2023 season. This team is for real. It's only November, yes, but to come to Florida and beat them twice in 48 hours is amazing. It's a big "F-U" to the NHL!

19. Big Mac fight was great but NOT a draw. He literally got knocked out of the game. Stop the insanity Big Mac gave him a beating. Word is he has a concussion. NOT a draw.

Let's take this intensity into Tampa. Hamilton is a traffic cone. He shouldn't be going backward there, especially a "big guy" like he is. Just want a quick mention, that this was a great win, but don't be fooled in thinking we OWN the Panthers and these wins will mean anything in Spring. This effort needs to be continuous and what needs to be brought on every shift moving forward.

27. They inserted their will on Florida last night. That was a full 60 minutes. They never allowed Florida to get back into the game. This team is capable of competing with any team in the league right now.

30. Luke has played his way into Norris contention. He is deference make now on both ends. Teams aren’t taking runs at him like they did last year because they will face consequences from the big boys. No one answered the bell last year in the flyers game when Hathaway ran at him from the blue line

31. Woke up this morning nervous to check my phone but the boys didn’t let me down. Excited to watch the game after work tonight

Best game this team has played all year, in a game Florida needed to show that the previous loss was a fluke, and not only did they not do that but got totally embarrassed on home ice for a second time. Next 5 games will tell us if this is for real. Super difficult stretch of playoff teams coming up. I think resting markstrom is a good move by Keefe. A 60-40 work load with Allen will benefit us in the post season when he will probably play every game. Is there any chance Casey comes back up? Luke has played better defensively but he is still a minus.

33. I will never apologize for calling Big Mac a terrible hockey player, but he is a great teammate, locker room presence, and Devil.
