  1. With Mac Jones starting this game is already a blowout. Cleaning house would be great, no idea who the interim will be, but I just want this shit over with.

  2. Starting Detroit defense in fantasy this week, so naturally my Jaguars are gonna pull it together 😭

  3. We’ve been getting blown out by shitty teams this entire season, but losing to the best team in the NFL is where they draw the line

  4. We know better.

If it took 13 games to fire Urban midseason. We are only 10 games in, and while we are stinky, we are far from the nuclear dumpster fire that was Urban Meyer.

For optics, Doug NEEDS to be fired in the offseason. Firing him midseason would just dig a deeper hole for our organization.

  5. Said this was going to be the week. Give some momentum for healthy players headed into next year

  6. Come on fellow Cat Bros….fuckin fade us by 50.

It’s insane that as (what I would consider) a true fan of this franchise, I have to hope we get fucking wrecked to see some positive direction change.

  7. This sounds like pure speculation.. how could the decision be based on whether or not we lose to the lions with a backup

  8. There’s no decision here. If you have a dogshit employee you fire them. Especially since they’re making millions. If I were the NFL owners I’d have to make sure I could dump bad coaches without paying their full contracts.

  9. My biggest fear with this is Doug getting fired after this week, then the team winning 3 or 4 out of the final 6 games and then Baalke trying to say “look Shad, I told you the coach was the problem and the team is better!!”. And the schedule eases up here for awhile so that’s entirely possible.

If you’re not gonna fire Baalke and Trent as a package deal on Monday, then wait until after the season and fire them both. Anything less than a complete house cleaning is a massive failure.

  10. I’m starting David Montgomery in fantasy so a blow out would be a win-win but ONLY if Balke goes too

  11. “If?”. I’d be shocked if the final score wasn’t a beat down like the Bills game. The point spread for this game is the largest of the season to this point.

  12. On the one hand I wanna see Doug gone so I’m almost hoping they score a TD on every drive, but I also don’t want that to happen to our defense.

Gotta remember there are human beings playing this game, they don’t deserve that lol

  13. Lions fan here. I saw this report posted on our sub and just wanted to confirm if it’s even true. Seems like it is.

Does your defense stop the run at all? Gibbs and Monty need to feast if you want your coach fired
