[YuDarvish] There have been some people who have been mistaken for some time, but this account is not an official Padres account, but rather belongs to a Padres fan.
Context: Chiba Lotte fans think its from the Padres official page and find it disrespectful their jersey is being burned off. Darvish is saying to the account to change their profile picture.
Definitely someone not Japanese made that image. Japanese know to never disrespect a team’s jersey.
It’s funny that people are getting mad about this. If someone did this for Soto last year to the Yankees, I don’t think many padres fans would find this disrespectful.
We have an unofficial rule here to not link to shitty accounts that do this kinda stuff, for this exact reason. Bad look.
