Seahawks center Connor Williams abruptly retires from NFL at 27

“Williams' departure deals a major blow to Seattle's embattled offensive line, which ranks 27th in pass block win rate and has also struggled to create movement in the run game.”

  1. Didn’t I hear he was rehabing from injury? so this is an andrew luck type of situation where he just can’t deal with going through the injuries and rehab? i can’t say i blame him, you have to be a certain type of crazy to put yourself through the grind that college and pro football players do.

  2. Brutal. This helps the Seahawks. This guy is absolute trash and doesn’t know how to snap the football.

  3. Bosa and our rushers desperate for a bounce back game. They couldn’t get Baker to the ground last week
Edit: Yes I’m aware they both got a sack. But Bosa was also embarrassed for getting stiff armed and multiple times let Baker slip through his arms. My point is Bosa is likely wanting to have a big game after that highlight

  4. Idc. Niners have been beaten (quite badly) by backups before. It’s a divisional game; let’s hope they continue to treat it as a must-win.
