I love how fast r/hockey would twist this headline around despite it literally being the best possible way they could handle coaching and in depth communication with a 19 year old Russian rookie that barely speaks english

A.) Torts is a hypocrite, says let him do his offensive stuff and let him make mistakes. He definitely made them, and sat not 1 but 2 games. While providing the offense asked for. Way to send a message. If there’s anytime to make a mistake it’s in a rebuild which we are surely in. But not according to torts. Oh no it’s win at all costs even if it means development suffers.
B. ) You sit him and not Foerster!!!!!(useless), Farabee (1 pt in last five games), Frost (almost as useless, who then got sat). Bad message number 2.
C.) Only TK has more points. Where the fuck is tippets sit. He came alive but. Hes gone again, nothing in 3 games.
torts has nothing to stand on but outdated coaching style. Worst coach for a rebuild. Mich has issues, many of them, but look at his points. 2nd on the team while missing 2 games. WE need offense says torts. Well you took half the offense out of 2 games.
This post is about Mich and mich needs to play! He’s 19 he doesnt need rest, he need to play an 82 game season and suck it up. The Flyers arent making the playoffs. Do it now, get the experience now.
