  1. If your 2nd/3rd best player is cleared, you play him. Our guys never build up stamina because of this bs. Then if we do make the playoffs we get gassed by the 4th while 40 yo Lebron is fine.

  2. Why didn’t Yuki play these last two games? Yuki vs. Lakers’ Rui, then vs. Warriors’ Curry. The social media engagement metrics such as likes, comments and shares would’ve sky rocketed if he had played.

I’ve seen some clips of him go viral on social media. Thought he was a rotation piece. How has he been doing? Is he a future backup PG? Or more like a PR stunt at this point?

  3. BC has ranged from *”non-factor”* to *”decent”* on defense lately and mostly atrocious on offense. What success have they had with him in the starting lineup? And why would you want Bane only playing short bursts?

This game was Jenkins saying *”Ruh roh! Whatever will we do against a 6’9” center?! I guess we need to play down to them!”* rather than just playing Edey and forcing the Warriors to have to figure out what to do. The guy needs minutes to develop a rhythm and he’ll never get it only playing 3 minute stretches before getting yanked. He could have feasted.

The Olympic team had tighter rotations than this and that was the most loaded roster you could have of current players (*except they didn’t have Ja and they should have*). A clear talent falloff somewhere between your 8th – 10th players drives tighter rotations; the staff is clearly struggling to properly utilize the depth we have. Which is only going to get worse as players roll back in off injury. Perhaps a consolidation trade is the only way to save them from themselves.

  4. The rotation could easily be 10 deep.  That does not mean that you play (or continue to play) guys that are obviously cold, having a slow night, matching up poorly or who play defense like a matador or a spectator.

By second half, you know which lineup is working best, and you play it more.  By this standard, BC would have played a lot less, Vince would have played less and Edey would have gotten a lot more minutes and Huff would probably have been left in at the time he came out.

An advantage of having a deep bench is that these guys should be just about vibrating with energy (at least playoff-level defensive energy) when on the court. Instead, with a few exceptions, they look  about as into it as any other team.
