  1. Sometimes I can’t comprehend how so many fans can whine and want to blow it up after 10 games. Then I remember how many fans have never had to endure the last 40 years of pain. Hell, some of us weren’t even here for the process years.

  2. In my country Sixers games usually start about 5 in the morning. Basically if I want to watch an NBA game, I have to pull an all-nighter or wake up at 5. And that’s what the Sixers do to me. I’m watching the games in hopes of a win and ending the game with thoughts of “I could have slept a couple hours more”.

  3. That’s when they were supposed to be bad but now we’re expecting them to good but they are not

  4. Legends were born during the process … only the real ones trust it .. most pretend … others are ignorant .. only a few are loyal .,. Those who TTP … will always scream FTC … unite or die … die like Ben’s four n twenty …

  5. At the beginning of the gif you can see half of a person standing up on the right. That’s me lol. My all time favorite sports moment haha.

  6. Im with you OP, but at least the expectations were lower with our beloved process guys.

At the moment, every loss feels like a colossal failure.

  7. Lots of new faces. With many coming back from injury.

Embiid probably barely getting reps after coming back from his first offseason olympics. Notoriously takes time to ramp up.

People saying to think about draft picks right now are insane.

I’ll be worried if were not close to .500 by new years. (16 games til then) 2-10 currenty. We’re not worse than the pistons, nets, etc above us.

Also the eagles are keeping me sane. Go birds! 🙂

    End rant

  8. Hard disagree. This is the least basketball I’ve watched since they traded Jrue and went all in on the rebuild. Earlier on we were watching young, raw guys. The team was taking swings on guys, drafting possible blue chips even though somehow all of them got hurt their first year, and building something.

Well the thing has been built now. Joel does not look like the same player physically and the optimistic joy has been sucked out of the room. This is just another year where injuries and “bad luck” are festering.

  9. For me it’s all about McCain. You know it’s Jon’s take Embiid a bit to get in shape and fit them to gel. So I’ll just have fun watching McCain rain down 3s.

  10. You can also make the case that the current iteration and watching them is worse. We put up with all the bad to eventually come out the other side. We’re still languishing and don’t really have much hope. How is this better?

  11. The Sixers team with Jimmy Butler, was one of my most favorite team – could’ve and should’ve one that chip.

  12. That was such a glorious time of hope and the feeling things were still on the up and up. Even with the stumbles along the way, it felt like we were on an upward trajectory. Now… now… I’m just tired boss.

  13. I loved to watch the tanking sixers cause they played with a lot of heart. Especially the unproven guys at the time. Now they have expectations and the heart seems hard to come by outside of maxey and McCain.
