  1. He robbed the Broncos and thank you for that. The Broncos nation always judge you based off your color. The most racist nation on earth. The reason you’re succeeding with Steelers is because Mike Tomlin believes in you and that was never the case with Broncos. I am happy for you.

  2. His story about seeing his dad pass from diabetes, which is not a slow way to go, really gave me perspective on Russ. You slowly see your loved one wither away, and he mentioned that was real pressure, which I agree, and that playing in the league is easy comparatively. Going through a traumatic experience like that makes sense why he stays positive and visits the kids in hospitals because he and his siblings were in similar shoes to families that he meets there.

  3. I wasn’t that familiar with his game, but this dude is genuinely a great guy and a great leader in the locker room for sure. This is the type of mindset that you can only develop through lived experience.

  4. You should of just shook that white woman's hand, mess around and get a RICO charge just for hugging 🫂 her. You entertainment negroes just don't get it until you get your negroe wake up call.

  5. This world is cynical as shit…i am..you probably are…so we dont trust positive people…Payton thought he was fake…
He's just good…I believe he believes what he says…..HERE WE GO

  6. Same here I've been a Russell fan since Wisconsin ever since they told him that Carolina that he he was too short to be that quarterback and he went to Wisconsin and snap Seattle Denver I'm loving he at Pittsburgh right now Mike Tomlin with two black quarterbacks what's the love

  7. He couldn’t have gone to a better place, Pitt has a good team overall, decent defense, decent running game, Russ is dam good outta play action, it’s where he’s so dangerRUSS … Miss him in Seattle, he always battled …

  8. I've said this for ever! RUSS IS THE REAL DEAL!! First STAR Veteran QB that actually loves mentoring his replacement. The man is a real ROLE MODEL and that's why the knuckle Heads of the NFL hate him.

  9. I wasnt sold on Russ coming to the Steelers but he is a class act. A leader and a good guy. I hope he continues to be successful for himself and the Steelers.

  10. It’s crazy in this day and age that a dude who is consistent, good character, well mannered, and a good reputation is considered cornball. This world is bizarro!!!

  11. Russell Wilson’s hate he receives is simply because he makes others feel uncomfortable with there own insecurities/flaws/vices. So they say “no way he can actually be like this” when it’s really “I couldn’t be like that without some serious work”. Especially when you look at the people who jumped all over to criticize him once he was struggling.

  12. The people who hate Russ just hate a genuine happy person, He Rich, His wife is Gorgeous, He loves his family and he absolutely Loves football. He is all about positive thinking. Shout out to Tomlin for keeping it real

  13. Bronco fan here. Best thing the Broncos did was cut RW loose. Too much hero ball, way too many sacks. Got really sick of watching him running around like a mouse in a room full of cats. Thrilled he's with the Steelers. He's yours now.

  14. When a player not hood, had both parents in his life, believes in God and move different. It makes him stand out like a sore thumb amongst the other players .. majority of the players in the NFL come from a single parent household, and trauma. He got a lot of hate from players in Seattle. I call it envy 👀

  15. Next 4 weeks will ultimately make or break this guy in Pittsburgh. He has played well but the AFC North is where your bread and butter lies and I hope Russ knows that. Even Cleveland is gonna fight. This is what you have to overcome. Steelers could lose every game from here out. Outside our division we have Eagles and Chiefs who are really good teams. Evil schedule and we need Russ to cook!

  16. I still miss him so much as a Seahawk 🫶🏼, I wish the very best for you Russ. From when I was a kid to me being 26 now. You are still one of my favorites and always will be. You brought the trophy to Seattle. Thank you so much Russ. Forever a legend in MY book.

  17. He just doesn't have street swag. He's a lil corny, and that's perfectly ok. Not everyone is meant to be Beastmode or LeBron. He knows who he is and seems to know his role in life. That's what really matters. I think he and Tomlin could be the perfect marriage 👍🏾
