35. Putting too much cap space into a few players often creates situations like this. It does not matter much this season because the season is already lost. However, it the team was still in the running, not having cap space procludes them from signing a free agent. A team has to make allowences for unforseen circumstances such as injuries. Sure they can usually restructure another player but it is not a good idea to pile too much space into the future which they have already done. Creating packages for Trey is stupid. He is more effective free " Lance ing "on broken plays.
