4. Redzone offense atrocious. Idgaf about 400 + total yards if you’re only scoring less than 28 pts per game. That goes back to Kyle’s play calling and how he won’t let Brock call audibles on the line. It’s Kyle’s fault

20. So some are blaming Shanahan and some aren’t about Purdy not being able to call audibles.
    Some argue that it’s not Shanahan because last season Shanahan plays were the league’s best.
    So here’s my 2c worth. Shanahan plays is like a Swiss watch, lots of moving parts all at once. It’s tough to defend but when the defense starts to figure out the plays, Purdy is locked in. It really is stupid.
    If Purdy sees a shift in the DL he should be able to adjust. This is a disaster waiting to happen.
    Also, Shanahan is calling plays when he is on the side lines and can’t see what Purdy sees while the DL adjusts.
    Kyle is like that smart kid at school who learns everything from a text book, and misses everything all around him. He may change, but who I think he is right now.

22. Well Before Mcaffrey it was lack of double threat options to free up someone else. Now it just is giving time to allow the offense to get back to all cylinders

23. I would counter against the 400+ yards/game by saying it’s window dressing. It doesn’t matter how many yards you gain between the 20’s it’s how many points you score. Right now the red zone scoring is atrocious and their special teams equally so. Yeah you can make the case for offensive yardage but points win games amigo. Shanahan is stubborn to a fault. For some unfathomable reason he’s still sticking with a special teams coach who has been abysmal for 3 straight years. That and he stubbornly sticks to a losing play script when conditions dictate otherwise. No I repeat it here for the nth time. Shanahan is a good coach but not a great one. He has a losing record against virtually all top tier coaches and Coach Reed is at the top of the list.

25. Itʻs not just the red zone and Moody misses. Add in the Special Teams screw-ups – muffed punts and long returns by the other teams. Special Teams are awful.

Damon needs to listen to Brady, who already told us exactly what Kyle Shanahan's problem are. 1)Play calling – KS ' first and second down play calls are terribly plain, which always put Purdy is 3rd and long situations 2)O-line is not good in obvious passing situation, especially RT and Center.

29. It doesn’t matter what 49er record is for 49ers can go straight through the playoffs to the Super Bowl. They could be any NFC team with no problem. But they cannot go with Moody him missing those kicks are unacceptable. He needs to go.
