  1. I'd argue to say that the football gods are setting us up for a magical season….

earliest bye week we've seen. Couldn't have come at a better time, to recover from the early season injuries and adjustments
mid-season soft schedule – to build the confidence in the new system and find out what our identity is. find out what our floor is.
second-half tough schedule – riding the confidence into Bengals, Ravens, Falcons, Chiefs, Bucs. we get to find out what our ceiling is.
Last few "soft games" – recover from that brutal stretch, get ready for the post season.

its right in front of us guys.

  2. I’ve always supported taking 3 against KC on 4th down.
That’s not a team where you can leave points on the field.
If there’s no critical math reason kick it (two possession game late in 4th quarter), don’t stress it.
Kick that fucker and move on.

  3. I love you Matt money Smith but you got it wrong about a letdown, it was a let down against the Arizona Cardinals and I pray that doesn't come invite us in the butt when we're trying to make it to the playoffs!! Other than that I love my bolts and they're doing great right now plus Justin Herbert is letting loose with the legs and letting it fly with the H bomb the way he should be!! I have always wanted Jim Harbaugh to be the coach of the Chargers ever since they were in my hometown of San diego! Now we have them, and it's time to roll baby let's get it!!😊

  4. Chargers fan here, since Sept. '79

I'm still not euphoric over this year's squad. Except for the Panthers game, all of their wins have had some drama, which took some lucky breaks for the tide to turn in their favor.

The mirage will dissipate starting with this Cincy game, and I fully expect them to lose 5 of their next 6.

  5. Perhaps the most dangerous intangible about this team is that you can tell they believe they can beat anybody and that all started with buying in. You can just see a different swagger with the offense starting with Herbert and the cohesion in the defense playing as one. It all starts with the mindset and if they believe they can beat anyone, anytime, any place — that's a dangerous team. And players belief in themselves was leveled up when the Chargers brass didn't trade for anybody. Basically, what they said was — "we all we got, we all we need."

  6. So refreshing to find someone talking Chargers. All mainstream sites are still not taking the Chargers seriously. More talk about how bad the Bengals need this one. Honestly, we cannot afford one more loss if we want to challenge KC for top spot. It's achievable, if not too realistic. Thanks for the insights fellas!
