  1. I just so happened to run into him exiting the elevator before this interview. Was great to meet him and get a fist bump. You’re an amazing player Connor! An honour watching your career, welcome back home 👍🏽

  2. I had the pleasure of officiating Connor’s games from age 12-14 (often playing against players 2-3 years older than him) and then in in-line during the summers. We all knew, even back then, that he was destined for the big show.

  3. All I would say to Bedard is creating some kind of great legacy doesn't matter. Just play the best you can, and focus on caring about the people around you.

  4. 5 goals in the last 34 games for Bedard is underwhelming, good line mates or not.

Crosby, Ovechkin and Matthews all produced right off the bat with mediocre line mates on lousy teams.

Bedard is still young but the hype machine needs to chill.

  5. Too bad none of that extra work is being shown on the ice. He either doesn't shoot at all, misses the net completely or turns the puck over in dangerous places.
He misses so much that HE has become A LIVING MEME.
Look at all of these fancy moves… then he gets stuffed at the net…all the while announcers are kissing his ass telling everyone how wonderful that ALMOST was.
Perhaps that is his new nickname.
    Connor ALMOST Bedard.
