With that said, Gruden will probably be a head coach in the NFL again. Gruden probably has more leverage in his legal case than Flores does in his case. Dunno about the QBs, except that it;s clear that Jones does not work through the progression quickly enough. Who knows, maybe under different tutelage the result would be better.
But Gruden really should not consider attempting to come back as a head coach. He embarrassed himself the last time; the game has passed him by.

Gruden has been coaching down in New Orleans last 2 offseasons. NFL hasn’t said a word. His case is headed to arbitration with Goodall being arbitrator. He’ll be back. Go get him Jets!!
